Forging Fabrication: Prototyping Ideas

Lecture, Workshop, and Public Demonstration

A set of interdisciplinary events about the types and prototypes that increasingly shape design: machines, models, materials and scripts. The series began with a panel discussion on the role of instrumental design and fabrication in contemporary architectural practice. Followed by a two-day workshop, interdisciplinary teams prototyped and programmed their own machines before a public demonstration of the projects and discussion about the future of robotics in creative work.

At the Princeton School of Architecture, 2014.
